The SA Recordings team believe Alev deserves an MPG award due to her outstanding work as a producer in the past year, both with our label and in her personal projects. In January last year Alev released her self produced and written single, ‘Rise’, on SA Recordings. This followed her critically acclaimed album ‘3’, which kicked off our sample library projects in conjunction with Spitfire Audio. Alev is a powerhouse in her drive to constantly produce outstanding works within music, many of which have been synced in television shows such as Dark, The Rain and Black Mirror. Alongside self-producing her release with us last year, she has co-produced other projects such as Anoushka Shankar’s ‘Love Letters’, Mystic Moyo’s meditation album ‘Moyo Motivations’ and Ruba Shamshoum’s ‘RISHA’ solidifying herself as a strong female force in the producing world.
