“A Life In The Death of Joe Meek” film screening

Cream Studios, October 10th, 2008

The screening was a great success, and the enthusiasm of those who  attended was obvious.

Co-director Howard Berger’s incredibly informed introduction and subsequent Q&A displayed the degree of his devotion to the subject, and the audience responded with rapt attention.

The interest value of the event was indeed enhanced by the personal appearance of several of those featured in the film, notably Adrian Kerridge and Jake Arnott, amongst others.

Our sincere thanks must be expressed toward Richard and Louise of Gearbox Hire/Cream Studios for their generosity in providing the studio and the organisation of the catering. Further thanks should be expressed toward the technical staff of Cream Studio for taking care of the projection and sound.
