I’ve made the decision to leave a job to pursue a career in music production. I’ve built my studio and a small client base over the last 5 years and now feel ready to take the leap into full time production.
My many questions have most probably been asked over and over, but could anyone offer experience in how to get more work?
Also, I have 3 very good industry contacts, how best do I use them to try and further a career?
What are your thoughts on pledgemusic.com?

Well done for taking the leap! I did a few years ago. I’d be lying if I said there weren’t tough times but I’m glad I did it.
In my experience the best work comes from your other work. People liking other things you’ve done, artists talking to other artists etc.
I wish I had words of wisdom for you.
