Bank accounts?? :/ help

Hi, I hope someone can shed some light!

I’m looking to license my music through music agencies, obviously they would like to pay me (hopefully) so the question is, should I just use my normal bank account, or should I setup a business bank account?

I Spoke to a bank earlier today and they said that I should use a business bank account as personal accounts used for business is in breach of the terms and conditions. Now I have no idea…. I just want to be able to receive payments into another account other than my day to day one, and if they become big enough I will declare my tax.

has anyone got any advice on what is the best way to do this?
