The Amazons sophomore album Future Dust , written and recorded in Three Cliffs Bay & Monnow Valley in Wales and album was produced by 2018’s MPG Producer of The Year winner Catherine Marks.
With two Radio 1 A-listed singles, one B-list single, and a plethora of focussed support from Radio X, Spotify, Apple Music, and many other media partners, Future Dust was received with critical acclaim.
Four-star reviews from The Independent, Q Magazine, Kerrang!, The Sun, Dork Magazine and The Daily Star spread the word nationwide that Future Dust was an album showcasing the depth and maturity of the Reading-based four piece. Future Dust charted in the top 10 in the UK album chart, The Amazons’ second top-ten record. With stiff competition from a number of new movie soundtracks, as well as the likes of Lewis Capaldi and Billie Eilish, The Amazons are flying the flag for British guitar-based music with an unforgiving, blues-inspired rock and roll album and that is why they deserve an MPG.
