.’Working with John Seaton – taking his songs from just acoustic guitar & vocal to fully fleshed out tracks – has been such a great challenge and I’ve learned so much about my strengths and abilities as a Producer / Engineer and seeing how happy John and his fans are with the end result has really built my confidence and proved to me that I have the proficiency as a Producer to offer value and artistic success to solo artists who are happy to pay me. Esther was only my second client and the songs we made together were amongst the first I’d been properly paid to produce, arrange, record and mix. For personal reasons, it took a Esther a long time to release the songs, but I’m particularly proud of how Snowglobe came out, and even though I can hear imperfections, the song affects me emotionally and having the time away from it really allowed me to appreciate it properly. Esther was over the moon!.’
