Pete Hutchings

Following his training under Paul Epworth at Abbey Road, working on projects including Adele (‘Skyfall’) and Florence and the Machine (‘Ceremonials’), Pete has ventured out and is gaining success in his own right gaining credits with the likes of Nothing But Thieves, Goldfrapp, Alice Merton, Broken Hands, All Saints and Lauran Hibberd. 2021 was a big year for Pete, engineering and mixing on Royal Blood’s No.1 album ‘Typhoons’ (including the singles ‘Oblivion’ and ‘Trouble’s Coming’). He has since become their go-to-man. This has subsequently spawned collaborations with Foals for their upcoming seventh studio album (including single ‘Wake Me Up’), Gang Of Youths (for whom Pete has engineered, produced and mixed), upcoming band The Hara (Scruff of the Neck) and even a dabble with Muse. Pete’s passion, thirst and enthusiasm for music is second to none and we believe that his recent critical and commercial success will see him go on to see even further highs. Great things to come in 2022!
