Liz deserves an MPG Award for self-producing artist of the year thanks to the sheer quality of her releases and her prolific output, pushing the boundaries of her production skills with each release. Her self-produced album Pity Party was released in October 2019, featuring 6music B Listed singles None Of My Friends & USP. She quickly followed that up with singles California Screaming (which featured on the BBC Radio 1 Introducing playlist) and Hope (or something like it), wrote and produced entirely during lockdown. Liz has graced the covers of Spotify playlists The Indie List and Lo-Fi Indie as well as the soundtrack to Killing Eve. Prior to covid, multi-instrumentalist Liz created an impressive solo live show, opening for Bombay Bicycle Club on their arena tour including 2 shows at Alexandra Palace. A tireless innovator who is currently building her own studio, affectionately called ‘The Coffin’, in which she will produce her next album, Liz thoroughly deserves this recognition.
