Laura Bettinson

Laura Bettinson has been self producing artist under the names Dimbleby & Capper, FEMME & now under her own name lau.ra. Along the way Laura has picked up praise from The Guardian, Future Music & Billboard. The move into a more club / electronic sound, working with guest vocalists has managed to get her recognition not just for her songwriting skills, but also as a producer. The singles this year have picked up high profile radio support across BBC Radio 1 and BBC6 Music, again proving why Annie Mac has dubbed her .’a 1 woman powerhouse.’ Laura has also been working hard to also provide tuition, education & mentorship to young people, especially young females & non binary; supporting them on how to produce themselves so they can calve a career in the music industry. Working with the FAC, Youth Music, Music Ally, The Roundhouse, BPI and PRS Foundation among others to pass on her knowledge and open the space up for the next generation.
